Step 1:   Assessing Your Risks

Neglecting your health causes chronic stress that continues to take a toll on your body causing fatigue, reduced productivity and an increase chance for illnesses, disabilities and disease.

Pinpointing the right things to do and building a personal wellness roadmap will reduce your stress and put you in control of your health. This will improve your vitality and maximize your return on the time you invest in your health.   One-size-fits-all programs are only effective for the average person. 

The problem is … no one is average, so you end up wasting your valuable time doing things that are unproductive, and you become discouraged due to the lack of results.

You must first start with understanding your own personal requirements for building your plan.  Some of the assessments that are available in the Lifegevity Program include:

  • Nutrition Profile - evaluates your current eating habits and analyzes the nutrients you are eating as compared to established standards.
