Physical

The physical component is emphasized the most in the media as the way to the  "perfect body."  Magazines, infomercials, videos and websites will all make promises that you can look like the latest hollywood model.     Ironically,  most programs do not address the primary areas that provide the greatest long-term benefits to your health, life and happiness.

The Lifegevity program  research proved that there are four components of an exercise program that have the greatest benefit to your health.   They include:
  • aerobic conditioning -  monitoring your heart rate ensures you are maximizing the effectiveness of your workout and minimizing any chance of overtraining.
  • core muscle development -  Your posture, balance and overall conditioning relies almost solely on your core strength.
  • muscular balance -  your body's muscular structure was made to work  seamlessly and with fluid motion.  If your muscles are not in balance your overall health will not be maximized.  An out of balance muscular structure can cause posture problems, increase your chance of injuries, and cause added muscle tension and discomfort.
  • flexibility - fluid and pain free range of motion should be where you stay for your entire life.  Allowing your muscles to get tight and rigid causes pain, instability and in some cases inmobility.

The Lifegevity Program, through the Movementum Conditioning program, can provide you with all of the tools you need.
