Mental Toughness

This area plays an important role in tying the other pieces together.  Mental conditioning can mean mind/body integration and the imprinting of muscle movements and coordination into your brain and central nervous system (such as in shooting a basketball free throw with your eyes closed).  Mental training can also address the psychological effects of concentration, focus and visualization. Controlling negative thinking and practicing positive affirmations can play a key role in how you feel, act, and ultimately live.

The Lifegevity Program's focus is in developing affirmations and visualizations that will change the way you think.  Creating clear, positive affirmations will provide you with focus and a positive outlook and dramatically improve your performance.  The skill enhancement exercises and information provided in the program will give you the mental control you need to meet your challenges.
