Emotional Thought Inventory

Take a few minutes to answer the following "thoughts inventory." Record your immediate response to each statement by checking the appropriate box to the left of the statement where you agree with that statement. There are no right or wrong answers, so be as truthful as possible.

1. The only way I feel content is when I'm relaxed and doing nothing.
