If you want to build a team of fearless, high-octane “business athletes” you need to provide them with the same high-performance skills as those of a world-class athlete.
Based on your response, constant daily challenges can be either invigorating or debilitating. It’s your choice
Keeping your workforce educated in controlling stress and active in a regular fitness program is one of the healthiest executive decisions you can make. The main benefits to employees and employers include: increased productivity, improved morale, reduced stress and decreased health care costs, and reduced employee turnover -- all of which lead to a dramatic, positive return on your investment in the company’s wellness program.
Getting the proper balance and focus will improve health, happiness and performance. In fact, your staff have more demands on their bodies than those of a professional athlete. Longer hours required for staying in their “zone,” less sleep, and most importantly, the need to make difficult and sometimes life-affecting decisions cause stress and can dramatically reduce the effectiveness of your team.
Active employees are more productive and enthusiastic in their jobs. Studies have proven that they have more energy, make better decisions and use their time better.
The Executive Peak Performance Program helps you and your staff meet the challenges of today’s highly stressed business world with flexibility, strength and resilience. Systematically helping people build these skills is the primary focus of this clinically-tested program.
Improve Morale, Reduce Stress & Decrease Health Care Costs
Healthier employees have proven to be happier employees. Energized employees are proven to have 56% fewer days absent. GE Aircraft showed medical claims submitted by the company’s fitness center members decreased 27%, while claims made by nonmembers actually rose by 17%.
Saatchi & Saatchi Advertising revealed that 63% of the employees enrolled in the company’s fitness program believed that it improved their productivity; 75% said that it boosted their morale.
Get the Best Staff & Reduce Employee Turnover
More and more of the best job candidates are asking about their prospective company’s proactive health care benefits. Health and fitness is the number one concern of the most progressive career shoppers as they balance the value of one company over another.
Tenneco found that employees who participated in its corporate fitness program were 13% less likely to leave the company.
