Self Worth, or self esteem is your self image, or how you feel about yourself. Your self esteem is made up of thoughts and feelings you have about yourself. No single event or person can determine your level of self worth; it develops over time, and constantly changes with experience and time. How you feel about yourself has a significant effect on your health and overall outlook on life.  Take a few minutes to take the following self worth evaluation to see if there are areas in which you might have room for improving.
