Fitness Profile

The Fitness Profile identifies cardiovascular
and muscular fitness and performance as compared to population norms using high-tech,
computer-aided technology. The comparison is based on standard American College of Sports
Medicine (ACSM) norms or our research population data. Specific areas that may be tested include:
- Functional Fitness evaluation
Aerobic sub-maximal VO2max test
Upper and lower body strength test
Muscular balance test
Upper and lower body flexibility test
Muscular power exertion test
Proprioceptive tests
