The Lifegevity comprehensive preventive-health assessment
gives an accurate indication of the potential for future health problems, including heart
disease, cancer and other disabilities. This profile is exceptional because it not only
"foresees" the likelihood of health problems, but also gives a prescription for
greatly reducing your risks. The tool examines your stress profile make-up (what stresses
you and what doesn’t); identifies your internal fitness (ability to handle stress and
future chances for heart disease and cancer); and identifies your biological age compared
to your chronological age. This interprets how fast your body is aging due to stress and
prescribes the primary programs to improve overall health and vitality. |
| The Lifegevity Annual Tune-up is the only assessment
process on the market that provides both external and internal health data. Other
establishments concentrate only on external health (blood pressure, body fat composition,
aerobic condition, flexibility and upper and lower body strength). This assessment
measures what others don’t – how your body responds to stress and the
effect stress has on your body. This comprehensive
assessment is only offered at our facility in Dayton, Ohio. |
